This course will introduce participants to the most common leadership styles. Together, we will focus on identifying your personal style as well as styles of your current team members. Participants will be able to see how it is helping or hindering the cohesiveness of their dental team, after discovering their personal style. The course will demonstrate strategies and suggestions on how to build camaraderie in the dental team.
